Terms of Use
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dzing, a personal cashflow planning and budgeting application operated by Markiian Halabut (“Dzing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms apply to:
- the Dzing mobile application;
- the website at https://dzing.money; and
- related accounts, subscriptions, features, and services.
By accessing or using Dzing, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Dzing.
1. What Dzing Is
Dzing is a software tool designed to help users organize, track, and plan their personal finances and cashflow.
Dzing may provide features relating to:
- transactions;
- accounts;
- categories;
- budgets;
- planned expenses;
- financial goals;
- statistics;
- cashflow planning; and
- related organizational tools.
Dzing does not hold, transfer, invest, lend, or custody your money.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dzing does not execute financial transactions on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
You must generally be at least 16 years old to use Dzing.
If applicable law requires a higher minimum age or the consent of a parent or legal guardian, that requirement applies.
3. Your Account
Certain Dzing functionality may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from circumstances for which we are legally responsible.
You must notify us at fluxo.admin@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using information you are not authorized to use;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account; or
- interfere with Dzing’s authentication or security systems.
4. Local-First Financial Data
Dzing is designed so that your core financial records are stored locally on your device rather than in Dzing’s backend.
This may include:
- transaction records;
- account balances;
- budgets;
- categories;
- financial goals;
- planned expenses; and
- other financial information created within the mobile application.
Dzing generally cannot access or recover these locally stored financial records.
Your Dzing account and locally stored financial database are therefore not the same thing.
Deleting or modifying an online account record may not, by itself, erase information that remains stored locally on a device.
5. Your Responsibility for Local Data
Because financial records are stored locally, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your device and your data.
You should consider:
- securing your device;
- keeping your operating system updated;
- avoiding unauthorized modifications to the operating system;
- maintaining appropriate backups where available; and
- carefully reviewing deletion, reset, or uninstall actions.
Removing Dzing, resetting application storage, losing or damaging your device, restoring your device, or other device-level events may result in permanent loss of locally stored information.
6. Not Financial Advice
Dzing is a planning and organizational tool. It does not provide professional financial advice.
Information, calculations, statistics, projections, reminders, forecasts, budgets, or other outputs provided by Dzing are for informational and organizational purposes only.
Nothing in Dzing constitutes:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- legal advice;
- credit advice; or
- a recommendation to purchase, sell, invest in, borrow, lend, or otherwise enter into any particular financial transaction.
Dzing does not act as your financial adviser, investment adviser, accountant, broker, bank, lender, or fiduciary.
Financial outcomes depend on circumstances outside Dzing’s control.
You remain responsible for:
- verifying information and calculations relevant to your decisions;
- determining whether a financial decision is suitable for you; and
- obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.
7. Estimates, Forecasts, and Calculations
Dzing may calculate or display estimates concerning future balances, planned expenses, budgets, cashflow, or other financial information.
These outputs depend on information entered by you and assumptions used by the software.
They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or affected by circumstances that Dzing cannot predict.
You should not rely on an estimate or forecast as a guarantee of a future financial result.
8. Subscriptions
Dzing may offer free and paid features.
The features, price, billing period, and other material subscription information applicable to a purchase will be displayed before you confirm the purchase.
8.1 Apple App Store subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated by Apple at the time of purchase, an auto-renewable subscription continues and renews for additional billing periods until cancelled.
You are responsible for managing cancellation through your Apple Account or the subscription-management functionality provided by Apple.
Deleting your Dzing account or uninstalling Dzing does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted using Apple’s refund process and are subject to Apple’s eligibility rules and applicable law.
Dzing does not control Apple’s decision whether to approve an App Store refund.
8.2 Google Play subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling a Google Play subscription through Google Play’s subscription-management tools.
Deleting your Dzing account or uninstalling Dzing does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play’s refund rules and applicable law. Depending on the timing and circumstances of a request, Google may handle the refund request directly or may direct the user to the developer.
Dzing does not guarantee refunds outside the rights provided by applicable law or the relevant Google Play policies.
8.3 RevenueCat
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and synchronize purchase status.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple or Google as the billing platform for purchases made through their respective stores.
8.4 Website subscriptions and Lemon Squeezy
Where subscriptions or purchases are offered through dzing.money, transactions may be processed by Lemon Squeezy.
For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles the payment transaction in accordance with its applicable buyer terms.
Relevant taxes, payment processing, refund handling, and transaction requirements may therefore also be governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms and applicable law.
8.5 Trials and promotional offers
Dzing may offer trials, discounts, or promotional subscription terms.
Specific conditions will be displayed before you start the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, a trial associated with an auto-renewable subscription may convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless it is cancelled before the applicable deadline.
9. Prices and Changes to Subscription Plans
Subscription prices may vary depending on:
- platform;
- country or region;
- currency;
- taxes;
- billing period; and
- promotional offers.
Any applicable price will be displayed before purchase.
Future subscription prices may change.
Where required, Apple, Google, Lemon Squeezy, or Dzing will provide notice or obtain any required approval before a new price applies to an existing subscription.
10. License to Use Dzing
Subject to these Terms, Dzing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use the Services for personal or lawful internal purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of Dzing or any associated intellectual property to you.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- copy or redistribute the application or substantial parts of it;
- sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the software itself;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Dzing;
- attempt to discover source code through unauthorized means;
- circumvent subscription, licensing, security, or access controls;
- interfere with Dzing’s infrastructure; or
- use Dzing for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
Dzing and its associated:
- software;
- interfaces;
- visual design;
- branding;
- logos;
- text;
- graphics;
- documentation; and
- other original materials
are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Dzing intellectual property.
“Dzing” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without authorization.
12. Third-Party Services
Dzing may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including services provided by:
- Apple;
- Google;
- RevenueCat;
- Lemon Squeezy;
- Sentry;
- Google Analytics;
- Microsoft; and
- hosting or infrastructure providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.
Dzing is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Internet and Device Requirements
Although core financial records may be available locally, some Dzing features can require an internet connection, including:
- authentication;
- account management;
- subscription validation;
- purchases;
- certain support functions; and
- software updates.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, mobile data, roaming charges, and other third-party connectivity costs.
14. Application Updates and Changes
We may update Dzing to:
- add or remove features;
- improve performance;
- fix errors;
- address security issues;
- comply with legal requirements; or
- maintain compatibility with operating systems and third-party services.
Older versions may eventually become unsupported.
We do not guarantee that every version of Dzing will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version indefinitely.
15. Account Deletion and Termination
You may initiate deletion of your Dzing account through the application’s settings or contact us at fluxo.admin@gmail.com.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple, Google, Lemon Squeezy, or another third-party billing provider unless this is expressly confirmed during the deletion process.
You should manage an active subscription separately through the applicable billing provider.
We may suspend or terminate access to online Dzing services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraud or unlawful conduct, compromise security, or where suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Dzing or other users.
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we will provide notice before termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
16. Availability of the Services
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that Dzing will be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- continuously available;
- compatible with every device; or
- free from all defects.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- software defects;
- infrastructure problems;
- outages;
- platform changes;
- security incidents;
- third-party failures; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dzing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make guarantees regarding:
- a particular financial outcome;
- uninterrupted availability;
- complete accuracy of calculations or projections;
- fitness for a particular financial decision; or
- compatibility with every device or third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability and Local Data Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dzing and the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use Dzing.
Local financial data
You acknowledge that Dzing’s financial database is stored locally on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of locally stored financial records resulting from circumstances such as:
- loss or theft of a device;
- physical damage to a device;
- device reset or replacement;
- deletion of application storage;
- uninstalling Dzing;
- operating-system failure;
- corrupted device storage;
- failure to maintain an available backup;
- loss of access to a device; or
- actions performed by the user or another person with access to the device.
Because Dzing does not hold a server-side copy of your local financial database, we may be technically unable to restore this information after it has been lost.
Other limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses resulting solely from:
- inaccurate information entered by the user;
- reliance on forecasts or estimates as guaranteed outcomes;
- decisions based on Dzing as a substitute for professional advice;
- failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control; or
- unauthorized modification of the application or operating system.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid directly for Dzing during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory statutory rights.
19. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right applicable to you, the mandatory right prevails to the extent of that conflict.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses directly resulting from:
- your intentional unlawful use of Dzing;
- fraud committed through your account;
- your material breach of these Terms; or
- your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property or legal rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify Dzing for losses caused by Dzing’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
Any dispute will be resolved before a court or other forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary because of:
- changes to Dzing;
- new features;
- changes to subscriptions;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- changes to third-party platforms.
The updated Terms will display a new “Last updated” date.
For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
Your continued use of Dzing after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms presented to you, form the agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding Dzing.
Platform-specific terms imposed by Apple, Google, Lemon Squeezy, or another billing provider may also apply to transactions processed through that platform.
